I am a trained Trainer for PCQI (Prevention Control Qualified Individuals). I can train individuals and provide a certificate of training, which meets the FDA requirements for FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act). FSMA requires that all food companies have at least one individual who has been trained as a PCQI.
The training is a two and a half day training. I plan on offering some training in my local area in Indiana in the next few months. I also am available to train on site. Let me know if you are interested and we can discuss the details.
