Bradley Quality Systems
Quality Systems Consulting

Experience. Talent. Passion

I began my career as a bread crumb technician at a bakery in 1978. I have almost 40 years experience in various manufacturing environments and quality systems responsibilities.

I have experience in the paint industry, plastics, metal casting and tooling, the automotive industry and the food industry. I was employed as a QA Tech, a Chemist, a Microbiologist, a Raw Materials Technician, a Manager and a Director. I became an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)in 1993 and have conducted numerous (100+) supplier audits and even more Internal audits.

Assisting companies implement and obtain certification to the appropriate standard Quality Management System through a self-developed multi phase approach. I have been involved and worked with the following standards:

  1. QS9000 (TS16969) (Automotive Quality Standard)
  2. ISO9000 (General ISO Quality Standard)
  3. ISO22000 (Food Quality Standard)
  4. SQF2000 (Food Quality Systems)
  5. DLA Handbook (Military Food Quality System)

I have also served as Management Representative, ISO Coordinator and most recently as a Director of Quality Systems. Extensive experience with corrective action systems and identification and repair of systemic deficiencies and as a problem solver for supplier quality assurance and manufacturing processes.

I have a real talent for creating documentation such as standard operating instructions and other Quality System documentation.

I also have excellent computer skills and have created a full set of Access Databases that you can purchase and I can set up to improve or implement to meet Quality Systems requirements. Check out the Services section of this website.

I love talking with people, so the auditing portion of Quality Systems, both internal and external, are some of my favorite activities.

I also have an excellent understanding of quality requirements for all the standards mentioned above plus several others I have not worked with yet but have studied such as AS9100.
